Lost Sales

This is my regular post about the cards I did not make and
therefore did not sell
at the Spring One of A Kind show.

I did not have any graduation cards. They have never sold before. Who knew people were excited about this again.
I did not make anything for the retiree.
New homeowners were out of luck.
Turning 80 was not a big deal to me. It was for the five people needing a card.
Strawberry lover. Sorry.
Oh and the person needing a sunflower in a card, what was I thinking? I love sunflowers too. (The Van Gogh card didn't cut it. This year!!!)
Grandma and grand kids were not on my radar. Like they need a specialty card.
I thought someone asked me for a donor card...but they wanted a daughter card. Nope.
Apparently I do not congratulate boys or anyone else for some unknown activity.
I didn't have a card featuring the the art of Alphonse Mucha.
Even though St. Paddy's isn't for a year, one customer left empty handed. I had no leprechauns or four leaf clovers.
I did not know that twins are being born in great numbers.
Not one of my cards featured a library card, synchronized swimmers, dancers or angels. (Fairies did not count.)
I do not make cards celebrating the tooth fairy. How would she ever get it?
No cards featured perfume bottles.
And finally. I did not place a giraffe on anything.
But I did manage to sell over 1,000 other cards so thanks to all those who liked what they saw and did not take exception to what I may have left out.
