Visual Safari

During the time I was working on The Pulse, I had limited time to visit other blogs and websites, an activity I normally do a lot of. So I bookmarked individual posts that I received from my Feedblitz list and websites that I happened upon and saved them to look at in my free moments. I am beginning to catch up and wanted to share some of my favorites. So go on a visual safari and have a great weekend!

Vivian Bonder, an amazing Australian mixed media artist with a style all her own, is in the process of forming two online workshops, one on Polished Pigments Journal Covers and one on Art Journaling. Check them out here and take a look at one of her pages on the left.

On another note...click here for an interesting, thought-provoking post about the business side of art which includes the results and analysis of a small poll about selling your art.

Ever wonder what to do with mail art that you receive? Sharon Tomlinson came up with a clever idea and a cool looking solution. Go to her blog, All Norah's Art, for details.

Look here to see a great review of artistic and inspiring altered book artists and here to see a posting about paper artists.

There are so many cutting edge designs of websites out there, many of which are works of art in and of themselves. Check out the cool website designs on these art related sites for a visual fix:

Roos Van de Velde
